For operators sitting on a follow-up list nobody's working.
ALECS runs your follow-up list overnight so your team can focus on closing. On the schedule you set, the bot dials your stale leads, your recall list, and your old quotes, then re-opens the conversation, books the live ones straight to your closer's calendar, and emails you the results by morning. Your reps stop spending their hours on dials and start spending them on sales. And you have two ways to get it: learn to build this exact system yourself, or have us run it for you.

The outbound recall demo — coming soon
We're recording a live ALECS callback against a real stale-lead list: a 90-day-old solar quote, a lapsed HVAC maintenance plan, and a never-closed gym trial. While we finish that, listen to a related inbound demo and picture the same voice working your follow-up list. The demo is the proof this system is real, whether you build it yourself from the course or have us run it for you.
Coming soon · We'll email you the moment it goes live
From cold list to booked callback — without burning a closer's hour.
ALECS works the list overnight and emails you a digest by 8 AM, so you walk into the office, see who said "call me Wednesday at 2," and let your closer spend the day doing what they're paid for instead of dialing.
You load the list, you set the schedule.
Drop in your stale-lead CSV, your recall list, or a CRM segment, then set the dial window — say, 10 AM to 6 PM in their timezone — and the cadence you want it to run on.
ALECS dials — human or voicemail.
The bot dials one record at a time. If a human picks up, the conversation opens; if it hits voicemail, a clean drop script leaves a callback number and an SMS follow-up.
The re-engagement opener runs.
"Hey — checking back in on the quote from April, is now a better time?" The bot reads tone, handles the polite no without burning the relationship, and keeps the live ones talking.
A live one books straight to your calendar.
The bot checks your closer's real-time availability, the caller picks a slot, gets a confirmation SMS on the spot, and a reminder the day of.
The digest hits your inbox by morning.
Every dial, every outcome, every booked callback goes to the team lead by email, so your reps walk in to a list of warm conversations instead of a list of cold numbers.
What changes the Monday after this ships.
Five concrete pieces, wired together as one outbound system. Build them yourself from the course checklists, or have the AI Department install them for you. Either way, this is the production system, no prototype.
Outbound dialer that works your stale-lead and recall lists on a schedule you set — by timezone, by segment, by cadence — so the list actually gets worked instead of haunting your CRM.
Voicemail-friendly drop script with a callback number and an SMS handoff — so the half of the list that doesn't pick up still gets a chance to come back to you.
Re-engagement flow tuned for old leads — "checking back in, is now a better time?" — that handles the polite no without burning the relationship and keeps the live ones in conversation.
Recall booking that drops straight onto your closer's calendar, with a confirmation text on the spot and a day-of reminder — the bot doesn't promise a callback, it closes the loop.
Daily call-result digest emailed to the team lead — every dial, every voicemail, every booked callback, every disposition — so you can actually measure what ALECS pulled out of the list and tune the script week over week.
The questions every operator asks before signing.
Is this compliant? What about TCPA and DNC scrubbing?
ALECS only dials numbers from a list you own — your CRM, your past customers, your inbound leads with prior contact. We scrub against the National DNC registry before each campaign, reference your written consent records on the call, and any "don't call back" disposition writes to your suppression list instantly. We don't cold-dial purchased lists, and we don't run the system without your explicit sign-off on the consent posture for each segment.
What does the voicemail drop sound like?
Short and human — no robotic intro, no fake urgency. Roughly: "Hey, this is ALECS calling from [your business] — circling back on your [quote/visit/inquiry] from [month]. Give us a call at [your number] when you've got a minute, or text us back at this number." We follow up with an SMS to the same number carrying the callback link, so the half of your list that doesn't listen to voicemails still gets a path back.
What kind of lift should we actually expect?
It depends on list quality and how cold it is, so we won't hand you a made-up percentage. A 90-day-stale lead list produces a slice of contacted numbers who pick up, talk, and accept a follow-up slot; a warmer recall list of existing customers due for service books at a higher rate. We tune the cadence and script with you in week one based on what your data actually shows.
What does this cost, and can I build it myself instead?
Two doors. If you want to work the same list yourself, Module 12 of The FCSS Operator Course teaches the instant lead call-back and Module 8 teaches the win-back sequences that reactivate past customers, both as checklists; the overnight recall bot itself is a custom build we run for you. The course is $499 early bird while we record it, and $1,000 once it ships. If you want it done for you, the AI Department installs and runs the outbound flow, with the voice agent from $1,000/mo, plus phone usage of roughly $0.02-0.04 per connected call billed at cost. One re-engaged deal off a stale list can cover a month either way.

If you'd rather never touch the wiring, the AI Department installs outbound recall end-to-end alongside the rest of your phone stack (inbound, after-hours, qualifier) and then runs it for you, with the voice agent from $1,000/mo. Book a free call and we'll size what's sitting dormant in your follow-up list.

Your follow-up list has been sitting on someone's desk waiting for an hour nobody had. ALECS works it overnight, and your closer walks in to booked callbacks instead of a phone list. Learn to build the system yourself, or have us run it. Pick a door.
