About these terms

These terms concern the DeskWolf LLC marketing website, its resources, and requests made through it. Paid work is governed by the scope, pricing, and terms agreed for that engagement. Contact contact@deskwolf.ai with questions.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website’s operation. Keep passwords and sensitive customer information out of inquiry forms.

Free service requests

Submitting a request asks DeskWolf to review it; it is not an approval or a commitment to perform the work. Every free service request is subject to approval. Approved work is free within the scope agreed with you before work begins.

Resources and live training

The downloadable worksheets help you explore and plan practical AI use. They are available after you provide an email address; marketing permission is optional. A download link’s temporary access period does not limit your ability to keep a file you have downloaded.

Free live team training covers the AI Starter Kit with your team. Booking a planning conversation starts the process of arranging that session. Separately ticketed workshops have the dates, admission details, and terms shown on their event and checkout pages.

Examples, AI, and results

Use cases illustrate work that can be discussed and scoped for your business. They do not promise a particular result for every business. AI output needs appropriate review, and the people using it remain responsible for their decisions.

Paid engagements

A website inquiry or discovery booking does not purchase a paid service. Deliverables, timing, payment arrangements, ongoing costs, ownership, and support should be set out in the agreement for that work.

Checkout and payment schedules

All service checkout prices are in US dollars. Standard Chief AI Officer coaching is $5,000 for one 90-day program. The Workshop Offer reduces that total to $4,000. Either can be paid in full or in three or six monthly installments, with no financing fee. The final installment adjusts for cent rounding. Spreading payments does not extend the program.

The first installment is charged at checkout. Remaining installments are automatically charged monthly to the saved payment method, beginning one calendar month after the first payment (or the last day of a shorter month). The complete schedule and exact amounts are shown before payment. Billing stops after the scheduled installments; the plan does not roll into another program or a continuity subscription. An unsuccessful payment remains outstanding.

Agency services are $1,250 per month on a recurring basis, or $3,000 paid once for a single 90-day engagement. The 90-day option does not renew automatically. Graduate Continuity is a separate $750 monthly offer requiring an invitation after completion of the 90-day coaching program and a separate purchase.

Monthly agency and continuity subscriptions renew until canceled. Contact contact@deskwolf.ai to request cancellation before the next renewal. Contact our team about changes, refunds, or an installment arrangement; the agreed engagement terms and applicable law govern those requests.

Materials and external services

DeskWolf’s brand and website materials, and third-party materials shown here, remain subject to their owners’ rights. The ownership and licence terms for a custom deliverable belong in its agreed scope.

Google operates the embedded booking service. Eventbrite handles workshop ticket registration and checkout. External sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
