How we handle the information you share with us, and the choices you have.
Who we are
DeskWolf LLC operates this website. This policy covers information handled when you request a resource, submit a service request, contact us, buy a service, or use our booking page. For privacy questions, email contact@deskwolf.ai.
Information you provide
For a resource download, we collect your email address, an optional name, and the resource you request. For a service request, we collect your name, email address, business name, optional website, the task you describe, and your desired result.
We also record your marketing preference, the wording of the choice presented to you, its version, and the submission time. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message.
Please leave passwords and sensitive customer information out of public forms.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the requested resource, assess and respond to requests, arrange next steps, maintain a record of your preferences, and protect the website against abuse.
Resource downloads and service requests do not require permission to send marketing. If you select the optional checkbox, we record your permission to receive DeskWolf tools, training, and updates. You can change that preference by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in a marketing message.
Services that handle information
Website submissions are stored in our website database and passed to ClickUp, which we use to manage contacts and requests. Our website infrastructure uses Cloudflare.
Our discovery page loads Google’s appointment scheduler. Google receives information needed to display its service and any details you enter into its booking form. Workshop ticket links take you to Eventbrite, which handles registration and checkout under its own terms and privacy policy.
These providers may process technical information and use cookies under their own policies. Read the policies for Cloudflare, ClickUp, Google, and Eventbrite.
Payments and graduate invitations
Stripe handles payment details through its embedded checkout. DeskWolf stores your name, email, business, chosen offer, accepted payment terms, purchase identifiers, payment status, and installment schedule. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored in our website database.
For installment plans, you authorize Stripe to save your payment method for the agreed future payments. Graduate invitations record your email, a reference confirming program completion, and whether the invitation has been used. We use this information to administer your purchase and eligibility, not to enroll you in marketing.
A temporary browser cookie lets us verify your payment confirmation. Session storage remembers an unfinished checkout and graduate invitation in the current browser tab. Read Stripe’s Privacy Policy for its payment and fraud-prevention practices.
Your choices and records
You can request a resource or service without opting into marketing. To ask about information held about you, request a copy, correction or deletion, or change your marketing preference, email contact@deskwolf.ai. We may need to verify your request before disclosing or changing personal information.
Download access expiring does not delete the associated submission or contact record. Those records are held separately in our website database and contact system. Contact us about your records and any deletion request.
